What you can do is have faith in yourself and be mentally strong.
Faith will teach you handle the difficult situation and mental strength will keep you strong any situation. You can't prepare yourself for the coming problems. Life is unpredictable nobody knows what is going to happen tomorrow than what type of preparation you can make.

There's an old saying - If you are not living on the edge, you are taking too much of space.
Face as many problems as possible. The more you avoid it the difficult the next problem would be.
It's like exercise, the more you use it the stronger you become, the readier you are to face the problems.
What you need is the confidence & the smartness to feel that you'd be able to solve any problem.
This can come in only 2 ways.
1. You are either stupid & feel the overconfidence of youth with then the resulting failures pushing you down.
2. You have solved so many problems that one or a few more doesn't really bother you so much because you have developed the ways to hold your head above the water.
The second way builds your confidence & can also make your life a rich experience.
Are you ready??

Dont expect anything.Take the things as it comes whether it is good or bad accept both.
When u have been in darkness for sometime u will know the importance of light better. In the same way sorrow brings more happiness.
Love the bitterness of all the paines the bitterness vanishes leaving behind only happiness for u.
Think about it now
Take care

Your courage and presence of mind gives you the strength to deal with the problems. The problems can not be visualised unless they are created by your own efforts. Only thing is that you should keep cool and attentive to the situations that create problems to find solutions. This ability needs to be cultivated.

It is impossible to totally prepare yourself for each and every problem. If it weren't then they wouldn't be called problems. Just keep in mind that God never gives us more than He knows we can handle and ask for His help every chance you get, to help you make it through. Time, Patience, and Prayer.

Karmanye Va Dhika Raste, Ma Fhaleshu Kadhachana,
Ma Karma Phalahethu Bhuurmathe Sandothsava Karmani.
"you are bound to discharge your duties with devotion. Don't expect the fruits of your deeds. Don't remain idle. Expect nothing in return (for your deeds). He alone gives the results for your deeds. The deeds should go on unmindful of their fruits as anything done for enjoyment enslaves us to desire. Whatever one does with desire binds us to the cycle of birth and death."
– Bhagavad Gita

Control your emotions, and you'll be able to handle situations in a much more satsifactory and efficient manner..
It's not so much how to be ready for all problems, it's about being ready for problem-handling..
