Wear what makes you feel comfortable and sexy, your favourite item in your wardrobe, this way you will appear sexy and relaxed.
Talk about your favourite things, things you like and know about. This way you won't come across as fake and boring.
Act like you are in love, show him your feelings and let him feel that, this way you communicate a lot more things than you have to say.

You should dress like you usually do, you should speak and act normally. If a guy doesn't like you for who you are, move on. If you change yourself to get a guy, you better make the changes permanent, because if you don't and he falls in love with the fake, phony you and you slip up and be yourself, he will run away from you as fast as he can.

Obviously he already likes her for who she is. She should just continue to dress and act like she has been. There's no magic formula by the way. If something is meant to be it will happen.
