Ummm why not. Why does being married make anyone a bad worker? Only the expectations of your husband and your other obligations would make a difference. If your husband is lazy and expects you to clean and cook everything maybe it wouldn't work well. But if you split jobs at home 50/50 there is absolutely no reason you can't do well at a career. Don't let your fears or lazy husband hold you back... if he says anything negative it is just because he doesn't want to help out at home!

of course, and companies have noticed this. You will see how the working environment will change to be more family friendly in the short run (5 years or so)

Yes you can. Talk to you r spouse tell them you want to go back to school. Let him know this is something that will better you and the family. you will have to work hard and have determination but you can do it.
