I do. Also, because I live in the middle of nowhere, it's also accepted as "Careful, there are deer on the road ahead".
In fact, I probably use it *more* that way...I look at it as a common courtesy in either case, really.

This is what i mean when I flash mine.
1.) Cops!!!
2.) Deer!!!
3.) Turn your brights off.
I encourage everyone to warn each other of possible dangers on the road.

I always try to warn people of a speed trap ahead by flashing my brights because tickets are lame-sauce!

Well I did before I moved to California. Then you read about potential gang members driving with lights off and having to kill the first person that blinks their lights at you to be a member. True story...........

IF THE COPS CATCH YOU THEY WILL GIVE YOU A TICKET AND ALSO THRU EMAIL I WAS WARNED THAT THERE IS A GANG OUT THERE AND IF YOU FLASH THEM THEY COMES BACK AND SHOOT YOU AND SO I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL
