Ordinarily, I would hope that bushes would suddenly appear to slow me down, but I have a more thrilling end (possibly) in mind.
I heard (on Oprah) about a similar situation actually happening to someone, only with her, the accelerator was stuck. It was a problem with her car's computer-she could not even turn off the ignition. The police had to come out and surround her car. She had to hit one of the police cars, and they braked to slow her to a stop.
Throw in a few close calls and this would be an exciting end to the dream for me!

Maybe I didn't understand the question right, but I think I'd just go through the hole, if it's big enough.....
I mean why would you want to turn so you crash into the wall???
I'd rather go through the hole and hope there is one of those "gravel places" by the side of the road, so I can pull over onto it and stop.

Keep driving honestly what else can you do, and i'd probably go off a cliff because you only hit bottom in a dream when you die "so they say" you know when you jump off a cliff in your dream if you the bottom you are suppose to die at that moment in your sleep. So, what would normally happen would probably be that you would end up driving off a cliff, so thats what i would do obviously it's your time to go so just get it over with (in your dream).
