it depends on the volumes of water in your tank ,but for every 10 gallons u can use about 500ml of vodka .but hey u might end up killing your fish.

I know that this must be a joke and I hope that you realize that this action will kill the fish in your tank. Please do not do this as a joke at all it is not funny and it is inhumane.
