Showering instead of bathing...showering allows the dirt to run off of you instead of sitting in a tub full of dirty water.
Wear deodorants which contain aluminum or zinc. Both are known for fighting odor causing bacteria.
Make sure you wear clean clothes.
Cutting down on caffeine reduces B.O.
Drinking plenty of fluids keeps eccrine sweat glands active; this dilutes apocrine perspiration, which reduces body odor.
If you have a severe problem with body odor, after showering apply boric acid to your armpits...it slows down the spreading of bacteria which causes body odor. Don't use too much though or it could cause skin irritation..

Shave it and keep it clean. Clean it every two hours if possible. Do not use cheap quality deodarant since it may damage the skin and make those areas more darker. Use a nice one, spray type, such as Nivia, Old Spice.
The best is to use Eu De Colone, particularly lavender. Or use natural Deodarant white crystal stone.
