Sun exposure is good. We can't avoid sun exposure but purposely laying out or using UV beds ... that's what really hastens wrinkle formation and I just find it ironic that Western society values youth so much (as evidence with plastic surgery and cosmetic fillers, like botox), and yet, most people purposely cause themselves to premature age because of too much sun, which is the 80% cause of skin aging.
Anyway, Fred the dog, Tan = Sun Damage and I never said tanning kills ...
