why I can't using my modem in windows xp X64?

windows have found my modem and installed it correctlly, but when i want to use it , give ma an error...

Download a driver from microsoft of x64 version. X32 version driver does not work.

just go to auto config settings and enter the bit rate 64 and download the required software for ur modem, if it is detecting u may also manualluy config the modem type extra initialistion command in modem settings, (atx1) or (atx2)
