any number of western digital raptor harddisks
2 to 8 gb of low latency ddr2 memory (plenty of choices)
1 to 4 gygabyte virtual hdd pci cards (uses ram to simulate harddrives, very fast)
any dual pcixpress x16 mainboad, with the intel 975x chipset
and you're about ready :)

I am afraid simple as your question sounds it really isn't that simple to answer. The best configuration is dependent on many things, ranging from the hardware you have available, the software you do have or can have, and most importantly the way in which you intend to use your computer. A video enthusiast will have much different computer optimisation strategy to someone running a database server.

Well it depends upon ur requirements Vikas.
But if you are looking for a fastest computer in the market right now.
you can take
Processor: AMD Turion 64 bit process (fastest/latest speed avlbl)
HardDisk: you can take Cheetah (Its 10000 rpm hdd)
RAM: you can take around 4-6gb or DDR RAM - 2chipsets
a nice 29 inch wide screen TFT monitor from LG/Samsung/Toshiba
Vedio Card: Latest and best card from nVidia
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster 5.1
rest you can pick up on ur own and which suits this config... This is my confgurations when i buy my new desktop now.

standard nowadays is 512mb RAM and 80gb of harddisk space. i dunno what kind of pc you want, and what you will use it for, be more specific.
