That isn't a sentence, it's a paragraph. Luckily I'll answer you anyway.
Ignore the first and last sentence, they are just ramblings.
If you want people to take you seriously, you have to have congruency. You cannot do one thing and say another.
Here's an example you might like:
A woman had a child who was eating too much sugar. She couldn't get him to stop eating it. So she took him to see Mohatma Gandhi, and she asked him, "Please, tell my son to stop eating sugar."
He pauses for a minute, and tells her to come back in two weeks.
The woman is confused, but she does as he says and brings her son back to him two weeks later, and Gandhi tells him to stop eating sugar.
When she asked him why they had to wait 2 weeks, he replied, "Because two weeks ago, I myself was eating sugar!"

It means don't air your dirty laundry in a sense. We don't want to lie or try to hide our faults but we don't want to broadcast them as if we're proud either. It means that others will forever be disecting our speech so we are urged to be very mindful of what we say at ALL times, or "perfect with our words"
