I sure hope Sarkozy. Royal is embedded deeply in the elite of the French socialist party, which in fact is a very conservative party. France is in a deep coma, they are not up to challenges of the 21st century. Sarkozy might be capable to dismantle the rigid welfare state and to minimize the too big strangling influence of the state.
