Cucumber juice.
Take a slice of cucumber, skin and all and smash it. Put the juice under your eyes...careful not to get into your eyes and leave on 15 minutes, then wash it off. It lightens the darkness under your eyes.
It's not a cure for the dark circles but will give you what you want for now. And drink LOTS of water.
This really does work...I have dark circles from allergies.
You need to find the cause of your dark circles. It could be a number of things and/or a combination of things.
Allergies, lack of iron, sleep, stress, etc.
So your long term cure for your dark circles will be finding out what is causing your dark circles but getting rid of them in a month is probably not a likely answer...you can however use the cucumber to lighten them drastically.

It is very easy. Follow the following steps : -
1) Sleep minium 7 hours in a day especially at night.
2) Do not sleep during the day except between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
3) Include Olive Oil in your food
4) Eat 1 or 2 Dates Fruit every day before you sleep at night
5) Cut Cucumber slices and place them on your eyes while you go to bed at night.
6) Do not use too much powder on your face.
7) Never use any medication / powder / foundation cream on your face. Use only warm water if you have oily skin, cool water if you have dry skin.
8) Do eye excercise for 2 minutes every day.
Try all the above.....may be, it will work
In my opinion....you and your mother have a common problem that you two are worried of too much for a continued period. Try to solve your problems and dont worry too much.

Dark circles could be a sign of allergies, lack of rest or it could be adenoids. A friend of mine has dark circles under her eyes , when she came back from vacation, her dark circles diminished and skin cleared. I get dark circles under my eyes, if I keep my skin dry. Use under eye cream three or four times a day. Also see a doctor for allergies. One last thing, drink plenty of water and eat a multi vitamin.
