Job dissatisfaction would have negative impacts. But we must remember the principle of giving our best to the job till we are in it, wheather we like it or not. In due course, we would either start liking the job, or it would act as experience that would would be useful in our next job.

well the only job i have had so far i left because of was not happy with how employees were being treated. word of advice
: look at how mcdonalds treats employees and pretty much do the exact opposite and employees will be happy
