I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and my symptoms are (still) really sore boobs, feeling really sick but not actually being sick and feeling completely exhausted!!
I also from time to time have an achy tum but my midwife said this is the muscles contracting to accomodate the baby getting bigger.

It will be different each week, one week you may get peroid like pain's this is due to the womb growing, or you will feel tired or get like sharp stabing pain in your breasts. Go with the flow you will feel different all through your pregnancy. Something new is happening in side you each week so you will feel different form one week to the next. Enjoy

Same here. I had horrible nausea and migraines and they stopped right around week 9. We should just be grateful I guess.
