On 3 sep I asked a question and FARHA Z wrote that I should join NCC&NSS and DIFFERENT wrote that I should study politics courses or take political courses on the web .I want to know the fullform of NSS&NCCand tell me the place where I can study politics as I am very serious.

NSS is National Service Scheme which some colleges support. They spread awareness by holding camps etc during vacations in rural places where students get to volunteer for social causes.
