in the show prison break most of the people that escaped are good people all of them but 2 to u think that there are alot of people in jail now that are good people but were in the wrong place at the wrong time etc

no, that is a TV show in real life most of the people in jail - belong there!

Angel is mistaken. There are places in this country that have backwards legal systems, such as Louisiana and Texas. Innocent people get put in jail in both of those states all the time.

It makes people feel comfortable not to recognize that they could very easily have their liberties taken away from them were someone to accuse them of a crime and they did not have the ability to prove their innocence.

Yes, I know it's supposed to be 'innocent until proven guilty', but that's not really the way it is everywhere.

Yeah usually wrong place wrong time, a lot of people end up in prison for crimes they never commited. Evidence can be tampered with so that is not always the bottom line.

I think most deserve to be there but there certainly are some that don't, probably alot more then people realize.

maybe but i dont really think so because they ussally need a HEAP of evidence to lock them up.
