Yes its related to low blood sugar. Morning sickness is usually caused by low blood sugar so eating as soon as you wake up (some eat before they get out of bed) will help.

It depends though - "classic" morning sickness might just be when you wake up on an empty stomach but if you're like me you will feel queasy 24/7 and it never goes away! Awful!

Ha ha ha ha ha! This just made me laugh because I'm in the middle of it. I'm actually 14 weeks pregnant. I've always been the kind of person who has to eat right away upon waking or I feel sick. With pregnancy it is 100 times worse. The problem is I'm usually soooo hungry but can't find anything that sounds good. And often when I do eat I end up getting sick anyway.

Yer i imagine the longer you depart breakfast, the a lot less you like it... per chance your abdomen shrinks that tiny bit more beneficial? yet no remember what, i do not even pay interest to my tummy interior the mornings - i upward thrust up and performance breakfast right this moment... regardless of each and every thing that's the biggest meal of the day! I do exactly not imagine about it. each and every morning I make a huge bowl of porridge and eat all of it and not using a 2d theory, that's merely basic. And that's strong to have your breky interior 1/2 an hour of waking up coz it kickstarts your metabolism for the day and makes you sense so a lot more beneficial positive ability smart!

It is natural that you feel hungry in the morning because your body has gone 8 hours without food or water which has effectively starved it off all available food energy. The best remedy is a good hearty breakfast

Yes! Then I start feeling so sick because I'm hungry that I don't want to get up and make something to eat.

Vicious cycle!

I kept a juice box and a granola bar next to my bed just in case, and that seemed to work ok.

It is helpful to keep a snack beside the bed so you can eat a little bit as soon as you wake up. If you keep your stomache from being empty you can avoid feeling nauseous.

I have been experiencing this myself. It is weird I am so hungry I'm nauseous, but then I am afraid to eat, because of the nausea. I try to eat something light like toast, that seems to help. Good luck.
