me and my ex talked for like a year, then we broke up like 7 months ago because it didnt work out and now she wont leave me alone. She constantly call my house, cometimes she will be down the street a her cousins house watchin up the street at my house. She will ask people have they seen me, then last month she tried to break me and my girlfiend up. Im tired of this shi* I am about to go crazy. What would you do?

talking to her doesnt help, Im at the edge with her. Do you know how that shi* feel? And then she has a boy friend!

You need to file a police report and go to court and apply for a restraining order. You might think that is going too far right now, but you HAVE to do this to set the stage for further intrusions into your life if she should decide to take this to the next step. You need to begin the process as soon as possible so something is on record detailing her behavior. It won't cost you anything and you don't need an attorney to file for a restraining order. Given what you've said, a restraining order likely won't be granted (yet), but the process will likely scare her into stopping. And, if she kicks it up a notch, the courts will have a record of her runins with you and will likely issue it at a later date.

Go to the prosecuting attorneys office in your county. Tell them of the problem and they will send her a letter warning her to leave you alone or you can press harrassment or stalking charges against her.
She cannot infringe upon your privacy like that, it is against your rights as an American citizen.

I knew a girl that this happened to. He came to her house one day after they had been broken up for several months and he assaulted her. She had to get a restraining order against him. I think it's time you do the same thing.

maybe she didn't get the closure she needed so she can't move on. try talking to her nicely.ask her what makes her do that. im sure talking to her nicely will make her leave you alone (if you are able to make her understand that the things she does really bother you). and if afterwards, she still stalks you, tell the police or something(because maybe she needs prof help)

Stalker.... MAn that's sexy. Go up to her the next time she's following you around and ask her if she'd like to go back to your place. Right before you get there, turn around and put your face in hers and scream like a little girl. Then stop, walk 3 steps, and do it again. Do it randomly until she leaves....
