Clint Eastwood is producing and directing two movies about the War in the Pacific, during World War II focusing on the event of the flag raising on the island Iwo Jima.

"Flags of our Fathers" is the American story, while "Letters from Iwo Jima" will tell the story from the Japanese perspective.

It sounds like a fantastic project. I am looking forward to both.
