I have used a disposable razor, you can just "shave" them off. You have to be careful not to cut the fabric, but this really works. I normally use a razor that has been already used to shave my legs, it is not as sharp, and there is less chance of cutting the material. When buying new clothes, it is important to get good fabrics that don't "pill".

Use a fuzz buster. Just watch out, those little gadgets will thin out the fabric over time.
