a child is formed when there is union of sperm and ovum
now i'll tel u what is sperm ,after maturity men secrete a white liquid called semen which contains sperms.
and there are already eggs in the body of female
on having intercourse the sperm swim towards the egg and forms a zygote..and this zygote after 9 months in the mothers womb develop in to a child.
