The answer is yes, it is.
You need only two things:
a. A large mirror;
b. All that stuff those expensive guys normally use for this kinda procedure.
Using the 'all that stuff', cut yourself open (angling the mirror to get a good view of what you are doing) and locate the two tubes labelled 'saV snerefeD'.
Ligate dem suckers.
Clean up, and you're done.
