Locanda del Ghetto, a very charming little hotel in a nice "campo" (square) in the old jewish ghetto.
Been there two times, very quiet, nice, breackfast to improve.
But if you want to make a deeper search, try with venere.it or venere.com

The Locanda Arco Antico in the St Paul's district. Great location and lovely people. There are lots more on www.venere.com. You can search by location and read the customer's feedback. Lots of messages both gay and hetro couples.
Buona fortuna.
