Try inserting the seat belt buckle into the latch.

If you really wanted to make it stop you could go to a junkyard and cut a seatbelt out of a car like yours and leave it clicked in at all times. but you really should wear your seatbelt...

you put your seatbelt on. or do what i did, and buckle the seat belt and just leave it like that.....
