depends on position
QB 6'1"
RB 5'10"
WR 6'0"
TE 6'4"
OL 6'2"-6'6"
DL 6'3"-6'5"
LB 5'11"
DB 5'10"
these give you a general idea, some players are exceptions, you don't need to be quite as tall if you are faster and stronger ...

There are no height and weight requirements to play in the NFL, but of course, it is helpful if you are a big boy since it is such a physical sport.

No requirement. Taller players will have more success at some positions (Both lines,QB, WR) but most RBs and DBs are not overly tall. Strength and athletic ability/talent have a lot to do with it at all positions.

5' 0.5" according to history. Jack Shapiro was the shortest man to ever play in the NFL, but that was only for one game in 1929. In case you were wondering, he weighed 119 pounds.

Tall enough to make sure that your shoulder pads don't drag on the ground behind you.
There is no height requirement for any of the positions. It all boils down to athletic ability, strength, desire and stamina.

no height requirements, although you might not get a certain position because of your height, there is a overall requirment. Ive meet barry sanders and he is a very short person. Even shorter than he looks on tv
