I get the "cannot display this page" error message. This problem just started about 2 weeks ago.

IP lease could be the issue..Sometimes they put in an odd date and you end up having to reset the modem..call your provider sometimes it is the IP assigned also some other user could be getting your address from the server..This I have seen happen..2 angry people calling in with the same IP address assigned..Support can fix this

Call your provider, if you have to keep reseting it either the modem is going bad or you have a line fault somewhere

see if the light of wan network is off then the problem is with ur provider and if the light of lan is not working then the prob is with ur computer may be its infected with virus and may be ur lan card is corruptd.
