It seems to me that the only pain in the first Trimester would be from slight muscle stretching in the abdomen area...in which if you sneezed or coughed alot, might give you a twitch. Of course upset stomach from Morning Sickness...and/ irritation from the Prenatal vitamins might cause some discomfort...What kind of pain are you talking about?

I had pain in my first trimester and was worried also because I lost a baby too. Not sharp pain but a little cramping and little pain. It was just my uterus stretching.

Might not be able to answer, but I am experiencing the same thing at the moment. Sometimes it feels like a stitch and other times its a cramp or pain? I presume its all normal though?

I wouldn't worry unless you have a lot of stomach cramping.... you can ask your Dr whats normal and what you should worry about.

you will have cramps like you are having your period but it's your body getting used to the baby inside your uterus
