There can be various GI causes of persistent nausea. This can include gastroparesis, esophageal dysmotility, GERD, an ulcer, or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.

could be a number of things one comes to mind being stress and not enough rest. you can also have that flu thats been going around also. see a doctor to be safe.

It could be reflux, your gallbladder, or you could be pregnant and the test was wrong.
It also could be vertigo if you feel dizzy, or anemia if you haven't eaten enough iron.
The nausea can be many things.
