As an experienced person I suggest you go and swim first before sauna and steam rooms. It is for the simple reason that there is likelihood of bacteria in the pool and you can always get it cleaned in steam and sauna thoroughly without even having to use soap.Of course soap can always be used.
Is not there a better idea or some logic in that?

Not safe for any of those. Increased heat can cause not only you issues, but your baby as well. If there are other things you can do at the spa, go and enjoy yourself, but stay out of the Jaccuzi, Sauna and steam room.

Go after you work out because the steam or sauna will relax you. Don't stay in either room for too long because the heat can cause exhaustion. If you have heart problems or other health issues, consult your personal doctor for your personal situation.

If you want to relax your muscles after a hard workout such as swimming, then you go afterward.
In fact, health wise, I would go after you are all done, so that you don't pass out or anything in the pool.
Not that you would pass out, but it is probably less dangerous to lower your heart rate, then go from low to high in a couple of minutes, and change your body temp from warm to cold which can cause cramping.

Do it afterward so that you have more energy when you swim and afterward the heat will help your muscles relax and not get tight. Do some stretching exercises after you swim in conjunction with the sauna.

I'm no doctor but I've gone to gyms with spas for a few years. We always go in the sauna first..then the steam room ..then a swim. Now , if you are unsure of this..ask the people who run the spas..that's their job to inform you...or better yet..check with your Doctor as he/she knows you the best.

I think you should go swimming first so, then you can warm back up in the sauna.

I would go after, it deprnds on the water temp, but going from hot to cold raises the blood pressure and presents a danger of Heart attac. Besides one needs to relax after a swim.

You shouldn't be exposed to any extremes of temprature - jacuzzi should be OK provided it's not too hot.
