I had lizards for a while, until my former roommate got a cat. She (the cat, not the roommate) got rid of the lizards, but she was fond of torturing them to death and leaving them on our pillows. It was kind of awful.
Now that the roommate and the cat are gone, the best way I know to keep lizards out is to try to keep other bugs out of the house. When lizards do come inside, I catch them by putting a cup upside down on top of them, sliding a piece of stiff paper under the cup, and putting them outside so they can eat the mosquitos.

Lizards would move around in your place if it gets food. Does your house has a lot of insects like - mosquitoes or cockroaches around? The easiest way is to get rid of these insects. Lizards wil go away itself if it does not get any food. You may also find out where does it normally hide and clean the place to make sure it does not make it her home.

wrap the house in primacord, connect it to softpacs of c-4, move to safe distance, and blow the place to kingdom come. videotape the whole thing and sell the video on e-bay. take the money from the sales and build a new house. this should eliminate the lizard problem. if all else fails, buy a cat and underfeed it. cats are great lizard hunters!
just kiddin about the underfeeding ;) i like cats!

I think Lizards like mosquitoes. So, the first way is to get rid of things that lizards eat, like mosquitoes.

yea you have to get rid of the bugs first or else they'll just multiply like mad in your cabinets and etc especially if you have a kinda run down house, and they'll thrive like mad. bug bomb the house and seal up all holes and cracks.
