Everyone has the right to self defense...But Israelis use this even when they shoot an one year old baby...As far as they are concerned everything they do is "self defense"...Israel is not the victim here, they are the aggressors...

Yes Israel has the right to defense. And when Hezbollah openly admits they want Israel wiped off the face of the earth, I don't think you can claim that Israel is just out picking fights. It is sad for the citizens of Lebanon that they had to lose so much, but hopefully they will reconsider their decision to put Hezbollah members in government positions. And maybe next time they will join Israel in removing the terrorists from their country instead of making excuses.

Israel has the right to defend itself against any and all enemies and the right to pursue those enemies if they exist inside Lebanon as they do in southern Lebanon since the Lebanese Govt. has refused to do what they where suppose to and disarm the terrorist Hezbollah. The only thing Israel did wrong was to stop before actually destroying Hezbollah completely.

Yes, they do, but there is no black and white in their situation. While Israel, as anyone, can defend itself, they should only use the necessary force in doing so, and in a nonwreckless manner. There's quite a toll of innocents that have been killed though, making it difficult to defend what Israel has done in its defense.

I would say everyone has a right to defend themself! Israel put up with attack after attack and did very little. The final straw was when the two soldiers were kidnapped. I think Israel has a moral obligation (not just a right) to defend it's people!

1. apeasment never accomplishes anything with these monsters except it buys hezbo's time to re-arm and get ready for the next.
2. we need to join with Isreal and wipe hezbo, syria, iran off the map. before they get too strong to defeat easily,, they will not stop till they destroy Isreal, U.S. and anyone not muslim, then they will go to killing each other. that's what monsters like that do.

Yes, and they do a pretty good job of it considering how many of their neighbors refuse to recognize their existence and/or call for their destruction.

Dam straight they do! They certainly show a lot more restraint and tolerance than I would if I were in control of Israel's vast resources.

Israel is not defending themselves. You're a liar. Anyone can see what is happening over there--Israel INVADED Lebanon. Israel invaded Labanon which is what led to their two soldiers being captured which they then used as an excuse to launch a full scale war!
