and blew the head gasket and lost copression in No 2 cilander, exhaust leaking in to cooling sistom.Tried blok cealer befor I replaced the head gasket. And over heats, and engine cuts out at around 3500 RPM's and won't iddel below 1500 RPM's. Could the timing on the belt be still off by a notch? and the radiater be pluged? The lower hose is not as hot as the top hose. And I don't seem to see eney flow thrue the radiater and I don't have a thermestat in the engine at this time.

the block sealer you used more them likely stopped up the radiator and if any of it made it to the engine block, then it made it to the heater core as well, on the 2.5 liter if you did not replace the head or have it checked for warp-age and cracks you will end up doing the job again, some of the dodges require new head bolts when replacing head gaskets, due to stretching of the bolts and if it will not idle under 1500 rpm you may have a vacum leak and you might check the catalytic converter to see if it is plugged up with the block sealer. the thermostat needs to be in place it helps slow the flow when entering the radiator to cool better

The important thing here is, did you carefully read the instructions on the block seal before you used it, and did you follow them? If you didn't use it correctly you could have clogged up the cooling ports in your engine, or clogged the radiator. If so, then put the thermostat back in so it constricts the flow of the coolant. That way it will slow the coolant down enough for it to pass off heat inside the radiator. Have you replaced the radiator cap? The cap is the most overlooked part of the cooling system. If it isn't holding pressure, then it allows the coolant to boil at a lower temperature and push out of the radiator into the coolant recovery tank. If you overheated the engine you might have thrown the timing off, so you might have to replace the timing belt. If replacing the cap and thermostat doesn't work, and the timing belt is where it's supposed to be, then you might need to either have the radiator rotted out at a shop or replaced, or the water pump has gone south and needs to be replaced.

Its possible the radiator is plugged. Remove both hoses, fill it up while holding a hand over the bottom outlet, then move your hand and watch the flow. If it takes more than about 5 seconds to empty, it's probably plugged.

Are you 100% sure that the head was not cracked? Those 2.5's are notorious for cracking beyween the valve ports. Hopefully you had it pressure tested, and checked for warpage before reusing.
