when you get a cell you should get a CD download to your computer and you can download things from there and when you don't get a CD go to your cell phone company get it from there

there are severals method:-
1. using bluetooth to transfer from your phone to PC
2. using infra red to transfer from your phone to PC
3. using any sync cable provided by your phone, connect it to the PC to transfer the file
4. if you are using a flash card to save your photo in your phone, take the memory card out and use a card reader to copy the file to the PC

if you have blutooth on your phone you can get a blutooth adaptor for your PC or the same with infrared. Else, you need a cable and software for your phone.
