check with the person hosting the bridal shower, more than likely they will know what stores the bride is registered at, and you can get a printout and know EXACTLY what she wants.

If she isn't registered, an american express gift card works, that way she can use it for anything, anywhere...including expenses for her wedding or honeymoon.

Ask the person throwing the shower if the bride-to-be is registered with any particular stores, and if so get the names of the stores. This will make your quest easier. If there is no registry, the host can give you some ideas on what the bride-to-be needs or desires (as she is usually the bride-to-be's best friend, or close relative).

An idea if she is not registered... you could ask the host what salon the bride-to-be has reservations at to have her hair, make-up, and nails done on her big day. A suggestion... when all else fails, a gift certificate towards the cost of the services, as they tend to become pricey.

Hope this helps

Well, it depends on what kind of a bridal shower it is. Are there going to be children there or not. If not, you can get the bride-to-be something sexy to wear on the honeymoon, or a sexy gag gift. these kind of showers are fun. If yes, children will attend the bridal shower, then a gift certificate to a bed and bath store is popular, or some other store where the couple can pick-out something they will need to start housekeeping. I hope you find these helpful.

My wife's aunt bought her (us) a laundry basket full of clothes washing things like TIDE and dryer sheets and things like that.
It didn't seem like much at the time, but after ten years that is the only gift i can remember we got AND who gave it to us!

Guess its always the little things that really stand out!
