this site might be of help to you.. you can open your own shop and they take care of the production and shipping of your designs.. you set the price you want to get for your stuff.. (it is added to what they need to make this profitable for them) no overhead for a start up is pretty good.

Despite what people think, it doesn't have to be risky at all. Go to The Hot Tees. Click their top banner at the bottom. You can try out a store like theirs for FREE. You design and upload and manage your shop.... the company they use handles the customer service, making and shipping the products, credit cards, etc. It's great.

First by taking a few markerting classes, reading a few books...then started selling customs T-shirts online...(for specialize business...like Sports, Military, Patriotic...etc),
Then, started encouraging other people to do franchising for your Trademark...introduce other parallel business to sell your product...

Are you sure? The T-Shirt business is highly competitive. Almost every retail clothing store on the mall has T-Shirts.
I would say, don't do it. You can lose money. Very risky.

1 buy a bunch of t-shirts cheap
2 think of something witty to put on them
3 sell them for a lot of money
