i think its amazing. Black white is so so bloody in , why is say bloody is to pull the red in. Teh stylist is a bit too copy book in co ordinating the footwear and the neck piece, but its good. Since It is a tube, i would have removed the neckpiece with a red tattoo on the shoulder,

Yes you can wear black,white and red. You can mix and match by wearing a black and white top and red pants or red top with jeans that are black with white trim. If you really know how to put it together you can work it!!!!!
