None. Science does NOT say that "nothing exists that cannot be proven scientifically."
Whether it's ghosts, or UFOs, or unicorns ... science can only say "there is no evidence of its existence" ... but that is different from saying "it does not exist."
Science is equally mute on the issue of God. Whether God exists or not is just outside the realm of questions that science can answer, either positively or negatively. Science is quite content to stay out of the matter.

There are some things that exist but cannot be proven scientifically, but that just means science has not reached the point of sophistication where it can prove or dis-prove a particular item or situation. The fact some things exist is Prima Fasce evidence they do, in fact, exist.
The problem is in the way you asked your question... you are asking to prove a negative and that can't be done. Preachers and religious types do this all the time... it's a trap... because they KNOW you can't prove a negative and when they ask these questions and you can't answer them, then they can say SEE Science is wrong.!

Look, we all know where you're headed with this. I happen to believe that the earth is ruled by an invisible purple elephant and I defy you to prove me wrong. See? Anyone can imagine any damn fool thing and then say "Prove that I'm wrong." YOU are the one who must provide evidence for your beliefs; it isn't up to others to disprove them.

You just need one example. God. You can't prove he (or she, or it) exists, but you can't prove he (or she, or it) doesn't exist, either. There just isn't any way to test it.
