how do i post my pic on here instead of this avatar?

Go to your page in Q&A and choose "edit my info". Instead of clicking at avatar radio button, click at yahoo 360 page and choose to edit......then in your 360 page you can choose to edit your picture.........browse for your picture and ........walla

create a 360 page, add your picture and select as primary. you can hide your 360 page from everyone until you feel comfortable with it.
so you have a 360 I see. edit your photos and select the one you want
