Sure either you get fixed or she needs too.
Its Cheaper if you do it and your insurance will cover it.
or your wife and go in and have it done.(insurance will cover her too)
IF your SERIOUS about not having any kids EVER then talk to your Dr's.

Try contraceptive sponges. They aren't as effective, but better than rhythm or withdrawal. They are also effective for up to 24 hours depending on the brand.Send her to her gyn there are a plethora of options. If nothing else family planning can help as well.

Is she willing to wear a thing called diaphragm or something like that? that helps just like a condom.

NO CONDOM IS THE SAFEST BUT PULL OUT SOMETIMES WORKS BUT IF U R DEADSET ON NO KIDS CONDOM AND BIRTH CONTROL!!!!!!!
