Yes, there is a powerful power whom create the earth and the Universe, GOD .Because there is no any evidence that the world giving about the creature. Ofcourse Matter never created nor destroyed, tha, this what the conculusion is. But at the first page of bible it tells how every thing was created. To your suprised God allows for all animals to eat only grass but b/c of our sin the nature of animals changed and eats each other cruelly. The Power name is Alshaday, AlfaOmega, ....etc
