Yes, Hurricane Rita was bad. It just happened right at the wrong time, though...

Bless you guys in Rita's area. I am from the Katrina area. I was in the shadow of New Orleans, but yall were in the shadow of the whole thing.

I will keep you in my prayers.

Beaumont, Texas was hit pretty hard by Rita. I personally care more about Rita since it affected me more than Katrina. I live close to Beaumont and received ALOT of heavy wind and rain, which caused minor damage for me, but massive damage to my neighbors and relatives!

I was effected by katrina but i still think about rita too neither of them have gotten the time and money that they have and still do need. I HATE BUSH!!!!!!!!!!

I think Americans should be watching the formation of the latest two tropical depressions. Bad feeling about it.
