i remember when i was in school teachers would get us to write other students in other schools and in different states..... then later on we wrote to troops in the war.... i am 27 now and of all the letters i wrote in school i am still in touch with 2 .... i just wondered if people still have pen-pals or has the computer took over???

pen pal suggestion gives more personal feeling than keypads

Some do ... there is a great pen pal option for writing to our troops .. to show our support

It just seems that it is way easier to keep in contact through puters it is way faster and you dnt have to worry bout the post losing it.
I was thinking bout pen pal a wee bit ago though, it was a trip finding this question

I think the computer took over. I'm not sure anyone has a pen-pal anymore.

letters with stamps on it will continue to exist even if teleporation is possible. To get to the point less people do pen pals now then in the past.

I used to have international Pen friends while i became on the college yet in recent times the cost of stamps is so extreme that I merely E=Mail in general and connect cyber web web content. additionally, the mail gadget is sluggish and e mail is lots quicker! good success!

I think the computer has taken over but its not all that bad at least the message gets there faster and the response is quick .

some still like to write on a piece of paper instead of doing it in a keypad. I know i do:)

e-mail is faster, more efficient, and widely available in terms of access so yes, e-mail is king.
