what is the general preference? How much does the body matter. And let's say the face is smoking, and with clothes on, so is the body...how good does she actually have to look without her clothes?

well for me the body type does not matter its more important that we like each other

Rich cultures prefer skinny women and poor cultures prefer more plump women. Neither culture tends to prefer overly obese women outside of individual fetishes.
Fatness indicates lack of action and lack of concern for ones body and health and/or gluttony.
Most people dont condemn fat people whom are fat due to circumstances such as glandular problems or water retention. But if some girl got fat eating ho hos and watching oprah with a box of tissues and a gallon of rocky road, then not only is it hard to stomach her appearance, but her lifestyle as well.
I dont mind a few extra pounds, and i dont like to see ribs, but there is no good reason to be obese.
As far as the face, id say its 50% of the image but if the girl is too overweight, she will have to have a beautiful face to balance it off. And it matters where the weight is. Big back rolls and triple chins are a minus while full round butts and big breastestses are a plus (these two women would weigh the same but one would be much more attractive.)
I know when i see a figure that is too curvy for its size that the clothes are probably defying gravity. I understand that a bigger woman who has a hot body with her clothes on will often loose that nice violin shape when the clothes come off.

There is something about pock marked thighs [that are twice as big as mine] that I find rather repulsive. I could see where a woman might find wrapping their arms around something really big a good thing but for men it is a turn off. I wouldn't know but laying on something that resembles a living beach ball doesn't do it for me or the dreaded thought of not knowing where her vagina is because the radius is so big that you can't see the other side. Fat should be sized up with fat and skinny with skinny and so forth.

If I were a man I'd like a lady with some meat on her bones. Not too skinny. I don't like hips and ribs sticking out. Gotta have something to grab. Speaking from a woman's point of view, the guys probably want your boobs to be perfectly perky and not a dimple in your butt neither lol.

My girl at the momen is pretty chunky and I dont mind
and u arent expecting much when u see them without there close cause u know shes not gonna be perfect

The majority of my best friends are male, and they tend to say that they prefer "medium." They want girls who look healthy, which is not skinny or fat--generally.

my husband has never dated anyone who is even medium-fat, and I know that's HIS preference, but I know a lotta guys who think twiggy girls are too young or fragile looking. I think you're right over all, if the face is totally hot, then you're gonna find several guys to appreciate whatever body it happens to be propped up on :)

If she looks good with clothes on that should be fine. YOU can't be perfect, and if you are too picky you will lose out on the really good ones. The good ones don't obcess over their bodies. They are natural and healthy and interested in other things as well.

well lets see in my opinion, i mean everyone always says looks dont matter its the personality well thats true but looks do matter. i mean i wouldnt want like a super big gf, i stay in shape and i would want her to do the same and take care of her self. i dont really like super skinny girls you gotta have some meat on u! how fun is a bag of bones?
