My pick is Audi and then BMW and last jag. Jag is expensive to fix and parts are hard to get. Audi and BMW are now very common

DEIFNITLY THE AUDI, i just bought onem over the 3 series. people dont really know that the audi is a better car, it has more torque, and if you race a a4 and any 3 series, besides the m3, and the audi is not a 1.8, the audi will when. The audi gets like 22 and 30 to the gallon, and if you get a stick, it gets 34 on the freeway. The Jag should definitly be a last resort, they have no reliability and are really expensive to fix, and in the end, if you get an audi quattro, youll never get stuck, and the bmw is from wheel drive, if you drive on wet or snow condidtions, you will slip, but never in the audi. the audi and the bmw have about the same reliability factor.

The BMW is probably your best bet for dependability. Jaguars are temperamental and require a lot of maintenance, (the old adage "you have to have two Jags so you have something to drive while the other car is in the shop" was no joke.) Audi would also be a good choice, but I believe the BMW's are more reliable.

if ya lookin to spend that kinda money, u may be better of having sumptin like seat leon cupra in yellow baddabing get the stereo uprated and tint the windows further woo haa, your above choices would say 318i, cheapest smallest most economical, all round winner there, but it is an old mans car, audi has panache, 2 most expensive out of the 3, and jag just for the cruise, nuthin more

IMHO I would go for the Audi. Part of VW / Audi / Seat / Bentley / Lamborghini / Bugatti group, very well put together and very reliable.
The Beemers are too popular, and expensive to put right when they go wrong, and Jags... Don't touch with a 10 foot barge pole.
Very expensive, albeit it's only a Ford under the skin....
Best of luck choosing your car!

jag will be cheapest to fix as mostly ford running gear.
audi probably most reliable.

If you have plenty of money any of those would do nicely.
If you want a reliable car with minimum costs try Vauxhall/Opel.
