Structured behavior can be either self imposed or any form resulting from some sort of incarceration: Medical, mental or otherwise crimminal. In other words behavior that is modified, not naturally occurring without forethought of the subject.

Because most people are so busy participating in a social setting;they frequently don't have the time to mentally step back and observe the structured behavior that goes on. Those patterns constitute most of the basic content of social psychology. The Analysis should be concerned with routinized or patterned behavior rather than behavior that is unique to a particular individual. Observation of structured behavior is impt for job interviews to assess competence, judgment, leadership and adaptability.
