um, sweetie, that's not from sweating.
u have to wear 100% cotton panties every day and u should wear a panty liner on top of the panties and change the liner throughout the day, as needed.
u should always wash those panties in warm water if they are colored, hot water if they are white, and use tide with bleach detergent. don't dry ur undies in a dryer, hang them up to dry they will last longer.
tide with bleach, not the tide with bleach alternative, the tide with the color safe bleach is good for all clothes and kills germs as well as gets out stains.
if u don't know what that is staining ur panties, i suggest u ask a doctor or a female u can trust and have them explain, i do not feel like telling u here so all the perverts can write nasty things.

Use a liner, it may not be the most comfortable thing to do but that is about the only thing other than powder. You don't want to use powder !!! it will just cake up and get all nasty EEEWWWW.

Or you could wear a dress and just go neked underneath

You need a pad or thicker underwear. Perhaps cotton instead of nylon or a thong to absorb the sweat and juices.
