Well, by your birthdate format I am assuming that you are not from the USA, so I'm not 100% familiar with the protocol out of the country when it comes to real estate. However, the first thing that pops into my head is that you are young, and if you have not built any credit, it may be difficult for you to get a loan.

you will not be involved in reale state at the present. when you have an opening to get into it, remember that you don't start out with the big deal. many small deals are made before the big one. i don't feel you are commited enough, and you will change careers, often. stop looking up in the air, watch where you are walking, before you fall.
