YESSSS
It is possible to change your mood with the colors around you or what color you wear.
If you stay in a dark room a lot of the time, you will start to be depressed but if you go into a bright room, the darkness leaves you.
Same with the colors you wear. Black is depressing if you wear it all the time, but put on red or blue and you feel like you can conquer the world.
Most teens now, wear black as a sign that they are depressed and not into enjoying things. Nephew is like that and his girlfriend too.

Thats really true, atleast i feel it often.
When i am wearing some dull colors and patterns, it has an effect of depressing my mood.
Whereas brighter colors or patterns can make me feel happy and gay (not a Gay gay :)
However, i believe it all has to do, with how a person thinks he looks. If he finds himself looking rather smart in a certain outfit, it immediately has an effect of making him happy and confident, the vice versa is also true.

Actually in the moring you often dress in colors that exzemplify the mood you were in before you went to bed/had in your dreams. These colors can then follow you for days if you don't break the pattern yourself or your mood changes.

I have a room set up where I can change the colour (you must be in europe, the spelling in the US is slightly different "color".) of the lighting. I find if I have all the lights red it makes me edgy. I like to have the blue lights on. it makes it feel relaxing and cool.

Yes, actually. When I'm feeling down, I'll often wear bright colors, or soothing ones if I'm stressed.
