Check with your doctor sweety. Cramping at second or third trimester could be normal but at three weeks that could be different. It could be the meds that you might be taking or it could also be premature labor OR you may have bleeding inside. You have to check it with your doctor as soon as you can. :-)

i had lots of crampin when i first got pregnant and it was just my body gettin used to a baby growin inside of me
but you might wanna check with your OBGYN just in case
